Default Reed Spacer

I have recently installed a Billit Reed Spacer and some Aktive Race Reeds on my Blaster. It was running great before now it runs great through first and second but when it hits third it seems to bogg down quite a bit. I can get my buddies off of the start but once we get going they blow by me. It also has a K&N air filter with outerwear with the air box lid off. A Pro Circuit pipe and silencer and an oil injector block off kit. The jet needle is set at the 3rd postion. Like I said, before I put on the reed spacer and reeds I was kicking my buddies butts who had the same mods except were using FMF power Core II pipe and slincer. Can anyone help? I hate to spend the money on that stuff then have to take it off.
