I have had it, have it, had it and now have it again. All I do it LOAD that b!tch up with WD40. Seems to help but doesnt make it stop completely for me.

This sounds dumb but will work...... I think. If your shock bolt is cranked tight, loosed the nut on the shock bolt about a quarter turn and see if it squeeks. But don't loosen it too far.

Both my riding buddies with '02 and '03 have it. Me and my other buddy with '01's dont..

I think it has to do with the newer style shock linkage rubbing the swingarm at the pivot.

i have had this problem and wd-40 doesnt work for very long to quiet it down but if you go with silicone spray on the rear shock mount points it will go away.

My squeak returns about every 20 hrs of riding, always spray wd-40 on top of shock mount. Great ideal duneittilludie, will try silicone spray before next ride.

Can I get the silicone spray anywhere? Is there a certin brand I should get?
