evenn with a stock exhaust(no modifications) you can gain more power by PROPERLY tuning your quad. do some airbox mods, and jet it correctly and you should gain power everywhere. Wen i had my DS stock, I had it" tuned" to run with DS's that had Cams, and piston, and CDI...I still had my stock endcap and all I did was improve my airflow, and jetting. The jetting from factory is GENERIC and can be improved upon greatly!!

Their is NOTHING WRONG with your Raptor. You just need to "tweak" the engine alittle. People have told you what todo, now you need to START doing what they suggested(Jetting,Airbox mods) is a great place to start, then later, you can try a taller sprocket up front for more top-end.
ask the Right questions.
tell these guys WHAT altittude your at,and they will tell you how to set-up your carb with the proper jet sizes, and filter. If you want your Raptor to run to its absolute BEST potential then its time TO GET DIRTY,and "tune your machine" it takes time, but that it what you will have to do, AND ITS WORTH IT!!.
good luck!
