Not bashing at all... I had a warrior with 11:1 and a Web #440 cam and couldn't keep the trans from poping out of third. It did it while wide open up a dune for a long strech. Not sure what you go goin just a thought. BTW JE will make you anything you want Bad part is I think min order is 5. Good luck A hopped up warrior will surprise ya........

Default 14:1 piston for warrior???

Ok, This tranny problem worries me because i've noticed that the warrior stock slips out of gear sometimes. But I will be running the high grind cam, port and polish, oversized valves, 14:1 on alky, K&N Filer, and full exhaust. Need to know a good warrior high flow exhaust and maybe a jet kit that works good with alcohol. Is there any way to remove the rev limiter on the warriors as well????

theres no electronic rev limiter. the only limit is the engine so you have to be careful because ive heard of exhaust valves hitting the piston.

I think there is an electronic rev limiter. Mine dosent have one, but it also has some ignition companies sticker on the airbox (was there when I got it and cant read it all now). Almost looks like it says MSR but I dont think they make cdis and stuff do they? As for trying to make it a mean ride just for kicks. What about strengthening the internals and giving it a really big shot of NOS. As for the gear box problem, I'm pretty sure they only do it when really hot. If ur running on alcy, it burns cool. Get an oil cooler and you should be fine. Might talk to arias about a piston, they make the highest compressions for it ive seen sofar. I think it was 12 or 13:1.
Also, dont forget to get a better clutch.

My Powroll 400 stroker Warrior motor, and other high compression warriors had problems firing up and turning over with the stock starter..........I've seen the same thing on Hi-comp Raptors.........make sure your electrical is in top notch shape, and the battery stays fresh.

Why are you specifying 14:1 too? Do you want to run Race gas all the time? $$$$$$$$$$$$$

High comp is for the alcohol. Do you guys think that stiffer clutch springs would work, or do I need a whole new clutch?

I'd say you'd need a whole new clutch because the stiffer springs are only like 15% stronger than the OEM's or atleast Dennis Kirk ones are. I seen someone with a DS 650 had some that were 60% stronger. I'd like to know if there are some for a Warrior maybe if you can find those 60% you may not need a new Clutch but it would be a safer bet but it's JMO......

What would the highest flow exhaust be.... i dont care about the price or sound. How much would the new clutch cost????
