"Yamaha has competition?!?!"

Apperantly it does...and get this, the competitions motor is 2 1/2 times smaller! aint that some ****...kinda makes u think huh???

 

and maybe next honda might come out with somethin better then the 250r maybe a 450r
stop dreamen you honda lovers just face it hondas are pieces of ****. the only thing they are good for is trail riding and yamaha are already doin better then honda in that department so if i were you i would stop tryen to dream about hondas competing with yamaha and prob sell all ur hondas and by a moped.

 

I like these Honda postings in the YAMAHA forum!!! whatever. i cant say anything about a new 650 honda, but a 450r is supposed to happen in september. i have a good source of this. i hope it does. If not, no problem. I'll get a YFZ450 and thank yamaha for actually making it. My first choice would be the honda 450r though. I think alot of people are going to be suprised by Honda....In a few more months we'll all see. If they dont deliver, then the choice is simple: it's YFZ450 time for me!

 

I was hoping Honda would come out with a 450 quad & a 650 quad to heat things up. I think it will be hard to beat Yami's latest 450 quad unless Honda sticks reverse in theirs & keeps the weight down at the same time. As far as a Honda 650 quad, now that is interesting because Honda could learn from Yamaha & make it lighter & have a lower center of gravity than the Raptor & maybe even use titanium valves & a dual overhead cam etc etc & then it would be a Raptor beater. Then Yamaha would have to redesign the Raptor & we would all have more/better choices.........[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

another post on the Honda prophecy. why wait on something that is not known to be coming out anytime soon if ever. to many good machines out there right now to just wait on 1

 

are u nuts??? I own a yamaha but i wouldnt say that yama has honda beat in the woods! the 400ex will out ride yamaha in the woods cept for maybe the new yfz but but 2kinto and i bet it would. Also how can u say hondas are **** those things last FOREVER dawg, come on think bout it.
