The topic wasn't about stock bores with 11;1, 12:1 or whatever pistons, cams etc. This is no longer just a piped and jetted raptor. I'll agree though. A stock bore high compression/camed raptor is just as fast as a 686. 26cc isn't gonna make a noticable difference.

Sorry, money is tight right now. The Vacation drained the funds. His quad is in need of some tranny repair although he now says he'll ride till it breaks completly. My blue quad needs a one way replacemnet. Gonna get the LA designs one and give that a try but the fundage won't be available till late Aug early Sept. Probably won't get to ride until then. Looks like a Pismo trip early Sept for me. Have a good time.

Don't feel bad I'm real happy with how mines running. He may have been a length or so ahead it seemed closer to me, but I think it'll be a different story on the hills where torque will come more into play. GregV i weigh 155 lbs and am 6'3" there i own 99% of the 4 strokes out there, Weight DOES MATTER. if you pipe a raptor and do it right, then re gear you would be amazed at what they can do.
