First thing?
What is the first thing I should do to my 2001 Raptor? I was debating on either a steering stabilizer or pipe and filter? I dotn know anything else. I also Need to know what pipe i can get that is somewhat quiet. I would like to keep it as close to stock volume as possible. Thanks

Full yoshi system, K&N and jet kit. I couldn't ever tell anything was wrong with my tranny until one day, bang!! Broke the dogs off of 4th gear and broke my oil pump gear If you have the time and money I would recommend a tranny swap. Just my opinion

You may not gain much or any performance with some of the pipes that are as quiet or close to the stock sound level. The Big Gun Quiet Series pipe for example actually takes away performance (on the raptor) so you should really research about the pipe and people's experience's with them. Or just get a loud but not Curtis Sparks loud pipe, lol,

IMO - go for a basic handling improvement first. I really think it will make ya faster for the $$. Widen the front end (either off-set wheels or rim flip) and add a Denton steering stabilizer. Total cost could be under $170. The rims can be flipped easily if ya pull the existing valve stems and re-insert them backwards (so they clear the brake caliper) then drill new holes in the other side and insert new stems the proper direction - under $5. Dollar-for-dollar it'll get ya down the trail faster.
Then a pipe and the list goes on forever.....
