The Gov is phasing out 2strokes because of emisions right??? So actualy it is the companies phasing them out. With more R&D from the companies a 2stroke could be made to pass emissions test. If someone would like to see a Raptor do the 300 in less than 4.9's come to North Carolina unless my 690 whatever you want to call it is considered a big bore.
