Youre gonna find that just changing the wieghts, isnt the most ideal...unless you change the secondary spring to balance it out. The back shifting is dependant on that spring/weight relationship. Thats why kits come with both the weights and secondary spring and usually new clutch springs which are stiffer than stock.
If you access to a lathe or know someone who does, its a simple thing to make, but with out a new secondary spring, you probably wont like the side effects.
I think EPI has good kits and one is on ebay now kit here
