The 03 f-250 is a sweet truck. What are they doing for 04? What is this talk of a 6.0 diesel. Did ford go and mess the F-250's up.

Fords websites say that 6.0 puts out alot more hp and torque than the 7.3 but id wait a year and see if they are for real. hey, you gotta Hemi in that.

Nothing but fords here, I have owned 7 ford trucks since I was 16 (now 32) and have loved every last one of them. My dad is a dodge man and is picking up his1500 4wd hemi tomarow. I used to be a Chrysler tech and I still got to go with a ford, but I can't wait to test that hemi in a 1/2 ton truck. If anyone needs a 6.9l head gasket set from International just PM me and I'll make you a good deal. It's never been opened, I sold my 87 F250 4wd with the 6.9l and never had to put it on. I have always been a ford tech and know that they had problems with the 6.9l heads so I bought a set and never had to use it.

Spent alittle time on the Ford site. I like the new F-250 Harley super crew. Dont like the colors but the truck is awesome. I bought the first year of the new Ford f-150. Havent had any problems with it. But I would like to wait and see how the new diesel motor turns out.

no, the chevy S-10 blazers are actually supposed to be pretty reliable. Plus, with my maintenance (always warm it up and oil change every 2000) im sure that helps. I dont want an engine too big. To be honest the nissan frontier's are decent except for the small engine. I want a truck i can haul, but still is a durable good off road vehicle. I actually like the Xterra's cept for their crappy small engines. Thats why im looking at the american made rumble trucks. I guess dodge is out since their tranny's arent so good as you say. so i guess ill look at the f150 or chevy. later/warrior86

The new Ford 6.0 is a bad a$$ motor. I takes off quicker than my Duramax but they both pull the same after that. My buddy has one and it's really nice but I have been hearing about a few problems with the tranny's. Who knows...........
