for my raptor first it was griniding and clunking now it is just giong

Yup, your one way is shot. Forget an OEM replacement. I have the LA design oneway and it's great. It's even rebuildable unlike the stocker. You can get one from www.rspconcepts.com You'll probably need the gear that goes under it too. PM me and I'll give ya some options to save some cash. If you're interested I have a couple pics of the oneway in my photos here.
