warrior will idle thats it

Default warrior will idle thats it

i rode my warrior all last week no mods parked it next day i was gonna load it on truck got on it pulled choke out cranked it and it idled but when i went to get it on the truck it skipped and backefiredwouldnt even get up to half throttle it was low on gas so i thought i got trash in the carb so today i took the carb apart sprayed it down with carb cleaner drained the tank took out the gas valve and cleaned the strainers it had trash on them and in the carb put it back together and fired it up reved up one time fine then back to same stuff it will idle smooth and for a hour it idled but you give it gas it skips backfires yes i changed plugs what could it be

I would see if you have a short in your electrical system I know that will cause a serious kick back.

Check your connections at the reverse lever. I remember reading something about that same scenario awhile back. Do a search.

Yes, check the p-brake it sounds like it is sticking on you...

Follow the wire that goes to the parking brake lever. Follow it down under the front hood plastic. Unplug the connector. That eliminates the parking brake rev limiter. Start it to see if that is your problem.

ok this happened to me but it's stupid and if i woulda seen this post i woulda told u it there's a float to get gas to the carb and stuff and it sticks sometimes that's what happened to u just try to rock it(heavily for a while) and if that don't work it's soemthing else cuz thats' what happened to me and that's all my dad did and it started to run fine again
