It really depends on your skill, and tool inventory.
With the proper air tools, and skill, I would say 3 hours, with a helper. (maybe faster) (assuming no problems)
Take pics as you go, and keep everything organized (helper) in ziplocs (bolts, nuts, etc.)

You could wait until a motor rebuild is necessary or say winter time, when you could take a break from riding, and do it at your leisure. Or like Bing said, that sounds abouts right.
