Anyone have much experience with alcohol. I think I am going to buy an FCR from sparks set up on alcohol for the dunes. Is there much of a performance increase and does it hurt reliability on the engine. Let me know your luck with alcohol and if it is worth it. Is it hard to tune in.

Did you do alky. Where did you get your carb from.

I think he was talking about your person.

Anyway, are you planning on switching from alky to gas? Makes me wonder cause you said you were just going to buy a new carb for the dunes. It is actually pretty easy to tune in. You will be burning it at twice the rate, though, so riding time is cut in half. At night, after you get done riding for the day, you have to flush the engine of all alky with gas. The best way to do this is by unhooking the fuel line and having a little squirt bottle full of gas. Also, make sure you run a good top end lube.
