That screw with a spring and the lil ridges to make it easy to turn by hand sets the idle speed. It dosent actually make it faster just makes it not want to go slow.

If your messing with your mixes then u might be lean and about to pop your motor. Take it to some one who knows bikes. dont take it to the kid that cut his pipe off because "it makes more power" .
