The blaster won the Paris-Dakar rally. Why? It's the only quad that didn't break down that year. It had no valves, water pump, hydraulic brakes etc. Fewer moving parts than any sport quad. 2 strokes can last a long time, or not, depending on how they are run. I love 2 strokes, I just wish there were more variety of them. We use a 700cc 2 stroke in our mini rail. It runs with the 1000+cc bullet bike rails. Viva la 2 stroke baby.
