I'm pretty sure that all states give give you the title. I may be wrong though.
In pennsylvania you get your title when you pay it of then you have to get insurance and put a friggin liscense plate on (never put mine on[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]).
When I got my warrior I got it in NJ and the guy told me that they don't register them there, but never said anything about a title and I never thought to ask. I want to get insurence on it and I need to get it registered and I can't without a title.
no. i acnt ride on the rode only for like 100ft i think i think they just passed that law so they can identify people riding on roads. I keep my plate with me but ill never put it on.
its not a title, its a certificate of origin, and yes you can register the quad and should do so to prove it is yours. you need to for insurance purposes. for the 400 i pay for insurance it is worth it
