Default Blaster Re-ringing

i am going to tear apart a blaster engine for a friend of mine because it has no compression. but i was just wondering what the torque specs are for the head and base nuts? also i want to hone the cylinder myself, is there anywhere like a car parts store that i could by a honing ball, or could sandpaper even work? any other information on blaster top end removal and intallation tips would be greatly appreciated as well. also what brand rings should i put in it as far as strength and reliability? please help thanks.

I have a hone that goes on an air drill or in the drill press, It works pretty good but it takes awhile to get a good job with it, Its not as fast as a powerhone like some of the cycleshops have but it works just as well just takes a little longer. You should be able to get one at you local parts store.
