does anyone know how to polish aluminum?

dude theve got some aluminum polish called "xtreme" it will make alluminum look like chrome. r u can use "mothers" alluminum polish

Go to Harbor Freight and get "mongo" the $69 buffer. Practice up, cause that sucker can launch parts if you're not careful.

does anyone know how to polish aluminum?

i wouldnt do it if u ride in muddy areas. I dont ride in mud and it is hard to keep them shining. I have polished the side covers, swingarm, oil tank and upper control arms.

I wouldn't normally consider polishing much of anything, but my boots wear off the paint in some areas. So I might as well polish those plates...

Autosol works the best for me. we used it on the motocross bikes, and now on the pro X snowmobile.

Have a good supply of rags because it'll turn them all black!

The thing with this mix is there is no buffer used wipe on wipe off. I got this recipe from a concrete truck driver, he used it to polish the rims on his truck.
