when I rode one the balance point felt strange........I like my rappy much better for wheelies.........
The inconsistant 2 smoke power doesn't help the long wheelies...............

Stock, banshees aren't very good for wheelies. Now that's not to say that it isn't very possible for an experienced rider, its just not as easy as most other bikes out there. A banshee takes a hard hit with plenty of traction to pull it up. Once up, you have to be careful of the powerband. A hard hit on the band will have your eyes rollin as your bike does the same. However, with a little practice it becomes easier and you will get the hang of it. I think they perform better wheelies at higher gears personally but some would argue with me. If wheelies is all you want to do, get a raptor. They are the perfect wheelie machine and will do so in any gear with the widest balance point you have ever felt. Sure I am probably a little prejudiced, but I have wheelied almost every bike imaginable including most sport bikes and several utilities. The raptor is king of the wheelies.

Default Ban got wheelies?

With my mods. (see sig.) I can pull my shee up in 2nd just by goosing it, providing the fact that there is traction. In 3rd I can get it up by goosing it and sitting back, easy way of doing this is to gun but not tap out the gear and while the rpms are dropping towards the bottom of the powerband NAIL IT!! This is how I do it, I can wheelie 3-5 consistantly and I've clicked into 6th a couple times (very very scary). Most the time I run outa room, when your 5th pinned you tend to run outa room a little fast. Call me a liar but when i'm at the bottom of my power-band (just gettin to the fun part) and I nail it on concrete the tire will break loose. One time I had about a 1lb. less of air in my left rear and tried to do a wheelie, wasn't fun at all. I can pull mine up w/ some work in 5th and sometimes 6th w/ a little incline but I like to go 3rd-5th while sitting down b/c it looks better. Sorry for the book.

There not the best because of the small powerband.

Yeah the power band makes it a bit hard but all it takes is practice and patience
