changing sprockets on raptor

when you go to undo the nut on the drive sprocket there is that thing with the tab that holds the nut from turning.when you change the sprocket,are you supposed to bend it and re use it or buy another one?
same with the rear.it has the same kind of thing.those things to keep the nuts from turning.

you can use the washer with the tabs on it again as long as it is not cracked.it is a good idea to have 1 extra for the front and the same for the back if you change your sprockets often because these washers do not last through too many changes.

Yes I got 4 changes out of mine before I replaced them. Thats all I could go cuz there were no tabs after I took them off for the 5th time. It all depends on how it looks like duneittilludie mentioned above.

Same scenario here. Once the tabs start to crack replace them. Just replaced front and backs with my last sprocket change myself. Believe it or not my dealer (a honda dealer by name) had them in stock. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] As well as the 14 tooth front sprocket I wanted to try. Ba lee dat. LOL
