Everyone has different riding conditions and different things they do with their bike. Not everyone races motocross or gncc, so they dont want hard acceleration and then nothing after that. I mean I can see where those who race including myself arent concerned with just top speed. But if I live out where there are alot of wide open spaces or ride on quite a bit of them, then Im not giong to want a 250R thats geared down for motocross and pulls really hard to 55mph and thats it.

 

Its an ego thing, and i cant have a quad doing 55 getting past by everyone going down a paved street, which there are alot of around here. I like the 80+ mph down the street passing people and stuff woohoo!
