Got off the phone with Elka...I love these guys! they rock. they have completley rebuilt my 3year old Shocks. Installed "new" longer shafts, springs,and even the bodies. i won't disclose the price...but it was more than fare.

anyways, i asked about the linkage in the DW article...they said it's $250...and that gets you the red anadized linkage and Diffrent Springs for your rear Elka shock. They said it gives you more travel and gives it more of a plush ride. Not sure if you can use the linkage with a stock shock...i imagine you would need to have them mode the shock.

my project Raptor is comin along fine (ahead of schedule)...shocks will be back by friday...02 tranny parts should show by friday as well...everything has been swapped over to the new Chasis except the New +2 A-arms and swin-arm. i'm waiting on bearing kits for both (hopefully friday).

still not sure about motor mods...i quess i need a little more convincing. everyones saying piston and Cam are the way to go. but new plastics would be nice also. one or the other.
