would a warrior smoke a 300ex?

Stock for stock, A Warrior should smoke a 300ex.
Yea if you were to put a pipe and up the front sprocket tooth....but you just modded it...do the same to the warrior and you will have the same effect as stock.

If a warrior only had half a hp on a 300ex it would lose because it weighs more. And if you bumped a 300ex to 350 it might win, but since were giving free motor upgrades lets give the warrior 4 valves. What happens then?

My opinion why even make 300ex? Why would anyone buy a 300ex when you could a 400ex that runs great?
Top Speeds
300ex - 54
Blaster - 59
Warrior - 61
400ex - 64
250r - 68
Banshee - 73
ds 650 - 75
Raptor - 75
Hell the 300 is the slowest one......Thumbs down

a warrior isnt much faster than a 300ex.I can eat one for breakfast till it (the warrior)hits 6th gear. And a stock 300ex/250x will pull a 14t frpnt sprocket easily a freind of mine has one on his bone stock 250x and it pulls it just fine.

My warrior has mods and my friends 300 has mods but it seems like the mods made a more drastic change to my warrior than his mods did to his because I really smoke him now but I kinda like the 300 handling on trails also so I'm not going to knock either bike

HIS SHOULDNT EVEN BE A DISCUSSION, I HAVE BEAT NUMEROUS 300EX QUADS. IT REALLY DOESNT MATTER SKILL LEVEL, IF YOU CANT DRAG A 300 OR A WARRIOR RIGHT THEN U SHOULD HAVE IT SITTING IN THE GARAGE. THE WARRIOR, STOCK OR NOT WALKS ON THE 300EX, HANDS DOWN...

Like I just stated in another post, before I saw this one...
A few weeks ago, my buddy bought a 98 Warrior w/ a K&N Filter sticker. (heh, dunno if the actual filter is on. The neighbor has a 2001 300ex w/ a slip-on exhaust. (possibly running a lil lean)
I raced the neighbor, and he took me off the line, just because I spun out more than he did. I passed him between 4th and 5th gear. He has some weight on me, but I don't really think it made that much of a difference. I just kept pulling away.
I've raced the warrior w/ my yfz... and as most of you know, it was like racing a 5hp go-cart. So, the warrior is a good beginner/ trail quad. The 300ex is for beginner kids, age's 13-16 (given their physical maturity).
ah thank you...
good day
