Rapfam what size tires are you running? If its 22" run a 12/42 gear if its 20" run a 12/40 for hill shooting. Even if it's 20" a 12/42 might be in order to have all the revs needed to blow up the hill in 3rd with an 01 tranny.

14mins - I was running 12/44 and they were running 12/43. We both had 22" rear tires. My swingarm is a +6 and theirs is a +4. They were getting a little more traction but I should go through the whoops better in the dunes with the +6. They had the sparks x6 pipe and mine is a bored out CT race pipe. Yes I'm running the stage two cam. They have the stock factory valves like me.

Sorry guys late for class, be back in a few hours.....

12/44? Damn. Well you could always swap the heads and see if the porting makes the difference. Or just try the cams first, maybe thats all there is and the cam swap would be easier. Or not. Maybe sparks is just faster.

Rapfam- 12/43 and 12/44? one tooth is not going to be enough in 3rd gear in a 01 tranny. What have you done with your modded CT? How many disc? Have you cut/welded on it?

I know ernie660 had a ct pipe. (that was his secret weapon) I think he no longer runs it.

You guys have some hills out there. The biggest one i ever really see is about 75 feet.

[i]Rap Fam- Give up some more details and then make a few changes and put craycraft back on top. If you were beating them out of the hole.....

cut in front and feed them sand or cinders
Thanks 14mins, I'll keep that in mind

You'll like this one.................I hate to admit this, but I almost had to turn out once because my dad "accidentally" roosted me and a decent cinder left a dime size bruise on my chest.

PredFan - In pic number three on your page you can almost make out the steep part of $50 dollar on the left side of the pic, opposite of $100. I'll definitely have to do that(pics and videos). We may not be going up again for a while, but we may have to make a special trip so people understand the size of these hills.

howardstern & wshrdskin - I'm willing to take the bikes up, but the sparks bikes belong to my dad and uncle. Those are the people we have to convince. I've mentioned it before and they both smile and say "Let's just see who gets to the top first." I'll definitely try and let you know. I'll pm you tomorrow to see what they say after work.
