Default YZF 450 Problems

Any notable problems or design flaws in the new Yamaha 450? The Raptor had a ton the first year. Wondering if Yamaha did some more testing with this bike.

i just had a post on this a day ago. I think the most notable thing was one guy had a sticky tranny and one guy that had a friend with a yfz who hit a jump and the tranny is stuck in third.

My bro and i just got 450s for x-mas(early)!!! His had a little trouble starting @ first!! Mine had a busted battery post and was back in the shop the first week!!!!! Just yesterday, my dad was riding my bro's and it keept dying every time he hit a jump!!!!! Mine also likes to go into neutral instead of 2nd too!! Maybe i just suck at riding my 450 since i'm use to my 250R. But that is all the trouble we have had so far, and we haven't even had them for a month!

A good friend of mine seems to have developed an oil leak. Looks like it is coming out of the starter (maybe the O-ring blew off the starter???)

Didn't play around with it too much since there was sand all over it when we were at the dunes and she has an extended warranty on it so figured the dealer could fix it free.
