Stock engine, temperature outside 60 degrees, sea level, Washington State, mistakenly put 10-50w Yamalube R-4 in, haven't run it yet, next couple of rides will be slow, 1st-2nd gear trails. Question, will this be alright or should I drain and put 20-40w? what's the worst that could happen? will be doing another oil change in 20 hours.

Thank you very much for being the first to reply, I was beginning to think nobody cared I'm sure it will be fine also, just wondering what others thought. By the way, I have kinfolk all around McComb and Tylertown, alot of cousins and such, my grandparents grew up and retired in Tylertown, so when you post I think of family back in Mississippi.
Thanks again

Damn, I thought $2 or $3.99 was a rip off. Ask what the price is of a case of yamalube next time you go in. The last case I bought was $32.28 thats $2.69 per quart. It must be $2.99 a quart I pay when purchased a quart at a time. This is at Chaparral where you are sure to be overcharged.

There are two types of Yamalube guys. one is about 7 dollars a quart and the other is about 4 dollars a quart. I use the 7 dollar Yamalube because it makes me feel better that it cost more so it MUST be better right? LOL anyway I have not had any problems with it I am sticking with Yamalube. But to be honest my gut feeling tells me oil is oil. I mean come on like there is really much difference in Honda oil and Yamalube!
