Default Clicking while in reverse

I have a 2004 warrior that I have had nothing but problems with. First it was in the shop for the first 2 weeks as the valves wouldn't stay adjusted. Now its in the shop for a clicking noise in the case while moving in reverse. Champion Mortorcycles in Mesa Az said that Yamaha won't pay for the repair as it isn't broken as it still functions properly, except for the clicking. I am going to check with another shop on this as the first time I had it in for the valves they said just ride it and when it breaks we will know whats wrong. Anyhow this quad with less than 15 hours on it will be up for sale really cheap as soon as I get it back as I don't want anymore headaches. It has a few scratches on it but I think I should still be able to get 4k for it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
