Is the jetting on both bikes taken care of with dyno-jet jetting? The sea level jetting is quite different on the low side.....is this per engine builders recommendations?

165/170 dyno jet......tad lean........will be fixed this weekend!

what needle position and what size pilot are you running?

garyc660R - Yes Sparks recommends 142/148 with their setup so that is what they are running, haven't even tried going up or down with their bikes. I like running a little richer than them. I have a little bigger filter setup than them so I'm flowing a little more air. The FCR carbs are not near as tempermental as the stock carbs are. One jet size actually is very hard to notice a difference.

25 pilot jets, 3 turns out
Stock needles on the 3rd clip
190/195 Mikuni Mains
Float level just above the mating surface
NGK- JR10B (Two heat ranges Colder)

no screws
needle is turned about one full turn in from the way it was shipped
power jet is 2 turns out from seated

runs good
