Warrior Headpipe Help
I was taking my exhaust off (headpipe and silencer) to paint them with that 500degree engine paint
While taking the headpipe off, I snapped the nut and part of the bolt stuck into the nut off. I figured no big deal..cuz i put it back on and there was barely any leak....so I painthem them, put it on...was tightening down the other bolt..and the nut came right off the bolt and started spining freely....
So basicly, I had to bolt-threads stuck in the exhaust manifold where the headpipe connects....and ideas on how to get these out?
Thanks
BTW, it looks sweet painted lol.

If you still have some of the stud left, you can get a stud removal tool to remove the studs and then install new ones. I would soak them with WD40 or liquid wrench a few times and let it soak in for at least 24 hours before trying to turn them out. If the studs break off in the head, you will have a lot more trouble - you will then need to use an EZ-out (bolt remover) and a helicoil.

You can get metric stud pullers from Northern Tool or All-Tool (http://www.all-tool.com/BY_MASTER_CA...pullers_16.htm)
