Default slime or tire repair kit?

Now that you guys mention it, after I put Slime in, I have a mean vibration over 40mph. I suspected the Slime but this just seals the deal for me. I guess it is an excuse to get some Aluminum rims

Default slime or tire repair kit?

I have often wondered about slime. I have never used it. I do have faith in plugs. On the factory tires on the Wolvy the sidewalls were very soft and pinched very easily. I used plugs extensively. One hole I had so many plugs in it looked like a wine cork. I am not afraid to even use plugs on my pickup. I always carry a small compressor and a plugging kit with me when I'm riding. It has saved us a few times.

I agree with shastadog. The wolvy's tires are weak and require plugging often. On Riding trip in Colorado, a 12volt compressor and plugs are our since of security. The have saved the quads and the truck. The cabin we rented was 30 miles from a tire shop so we plug the tire and drove the Yunkon to town. Held up very nicly.

Use plugs!! They have been around a long time and work great!! Never fails you!! Also slime can mess up your rims and also is bad at high speeds!! Not that I have had a problem but have had others with me that complain!!
Also this happened once. We went ridding and the slime kept getting all knocked around in someones bag who was riding wiht us and the top came off and that crap went all inside of his rear stoarge box!!! Man it was a mess. Plugs wont do that!!! LOL
