the 300ex has a better turning radius and is better for really tight stuff other than that i like both real well

 

In my opinion, I would have to say that to me the 300 feels better. Yes the warrior is faster due to a bigger engine, but put them on the track and the honda's engine/chassis/shock combo proves that it has the better handling characteristics. I happen to own a '95 300EX and I have friends that have a '97 warrior and a '99 warrior and i've ridden them. I can't be as aggresive on the warrior as i can on the 300. The 300 is the more flickable out of the two. The 300 has more of a racing feel to it the 350. The Warrior has a ride more than less like a Cadillac. That's how I feel. I am 5'9" and 185 lbs. and I like the feel of the honda better. But for taller riders such as a friend of mine who is about 6'3" and about 190 he had a '97 300EX and he sold it to his father. Then he stumbled across a '99 warrior and he says the warrior suits him better. But, it's up to the rider to make that decision. This is my opinion only, and like my father says, "Opinions are like *******s, everybody has one." So you make your choice. Because no one is the same ht., wt., and build as anyone else

 

300ex is better in every catorgy. i owned a 300ex, (Now have banshee)but ive raced a Warrior many times and the one had a few mods and mine was stock and i would edge him out by a half quad lengh.bOTTm line the 300ex is the best midsize sport quad around and all of the mags back it up

I have a 99 Warrior I really enjoy my four wheeler I wouldn't even think of getting rid of it (well maybe for the new Raptor). My Warrior has power, speed and pretty decent handling. Now I have never ridden a 300EX but from what I have seen I would still take my Warrior.

 

Dang, these are all bias remarks, i ride with both a 300ex and a warrior. The 300ex is not as fast, but it is quicker on the trail..better suspended...tighter turning (plus in any terrain)...and more flexable to whip around on a tight trail...the warrior is faster in a drag, but put them on ANY other terain and garenteed the warrior wont be the winner. The warrior is a very nice quad, but i dont like the feel of it when your sitting on it..feels to high and the front end is weird.

 

quick300ex, There is no way a stock 300EX that only goes 50, 51 is going to beat a Warrior that does 55,56.

Read the ATV sport shootout, They said the 300EX had the slowest top speed out of the Mojave, Blaster, and Warrior. It did have the fastest track time. I just think they do this to make up for it's motor shortcomings. All of you 300EX owners can't say it isn't underpowered. I do think it has great low-end, but the midrange and top really suffer.

Mags, can't give honda's bad reviews. We all know that.

Yeah, go a head and say i ride a little 200cc blaster but i'm willing to race any of you 300EX riders.

its a Honda
its cheaper
so its cheaper, with a few mods- pipe, air filter, and jet kit- I BURNED A '97 Warrior with my '98 300ex

So get the 300ex.
