if you really cant get the front end up, try putting your left foot on the grab bar and your right foot on the brake, find the blance point and practice them that way, eventually you will become more confident and you can take your left foot off the grab bar and put it on the foot peg

I can wheelie my 03' Kodiak 2x4, the warrior can't be as hard as it to wheelie. SHHHHEEEWWWW!! I lean back rolling real slow and jerk back as hard as I can and give it all it's got most of the time i can get the front end up and ride it for about 30ft. I'm getting a 400ex, i heard they are really wheelie happy going up hills, it that true? I've never climbed a hill with one

i think its about three thing technique, balance, timing, because technique you cant just sit still and dump the clutch and expect it to go up and stay up you have to adjust your body weight to keep it up and riding easy, you can get it up and ride it easy but the balance point is farther back, i would start of in first slowly moving on maybe a small hill, and ride slowly up it having all your weight forward and once youre at the top jerk back and you should slam on the gas maybe half way slammed back then once you jerk back all the way sit down or stand up (depends how far back you are) and you will feel the balance point, keep your right foot on the foot brake prepared to gently tap it and just ride it all out

not to disagree with WhiteBros, but I would recommend doing you first few on FLAT ground where your grab bar will catch you if need be. You will hit it a few times and set up on it a few as well. Don't worry about it. As long as your on the flat ground, it will catch the bike and you can just laugh about it.

thats pretty much the reason i want a 400ex, i always had talent when it came to wheelies, i was better at wheelies then everything else, yea i guess you shouldnt be doing it on a hill buyt why not a small incline? i think its perfect to wheelie off of the top of a small hillif its flat on top

I've rode about every type of Quad and 3 wheeler out there, I think 3 wheelers you can't beat a 200x with a 350x is right behind it and as for Quads the 400EX is king so light in the front it's Scary Fun! and a close but distant 2nd is a Raptor 660.
