What does repacking do any ways? I thought it would just make my pipe quieter.

 

I just got the muffler welded! Everything is fine right now, but I will be riding this sunday and I will see if the welds hold up. My bud's dad welded it with bronze and just ground it down and painted it with high heat silver paint, so you can barely tell. Wish me luck guys!!!
