Around 4:30pm 1/8/04 My dad was riding his grizzly 660 le and went up a hill climb in pa and the frount end started coming up so he let off the gas then punched the gas and flipped back right on top of him! he went to the hospital because he trouble breathing the gas cap hit him in the middle of his chest and enlarged his heart valve and he is in intensive care please pray for him PAUL LEAMY and be carful thank you[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

Hey, hope he gets better soon. I had the same thing happen to one of my best friends. He was riding up a hill with no helmet and it flipped backwards and crushed his face in. After many surgeries and a few metal plates in his head he was back to normal, besides his facing looking different after reconstructive surgery. Those utilities weigh a ton, it hurts to have a light sport quad to come down on you, let alone a huge rack. Just be glad it wasn't like the story I heard about a week ago about a utility coming down on a womans chest and killing her.

I am very sorry to hear that, you have my best wishes. Those utility quads, well any quad for that matter can be a real death trap, about 2 months ago a guy in calumet township hit a tree on his grizzly coming around a turn, he got messed up really bad, the newspaper said his entire head was crushed. He didn't survive.
