I'm thinking about a big bore kit (409cc) for my Banshee and I'm thinking about going with Total Performance out of Portage WI. Is anyone familiar with their engine work? Good or bad I'd like to hear about it. Thanks for any info!

 

Nope, never heard of them. What would you be using it for? Also, do you mean just a bore kit, or a stroker?

 

The never ending quest for more horsepower. They re-sleeve the cylinders to boost CC to 409, porting, head mods for $575. Seems like a good deal to me. I'd also have them true and weld the crank. I think they work closely with Eric Gorr's shop, whose a very well respected dirtbike mechanic.

 

that seems pretty cheap.. it not much cheaper than 500 just to get it ported i dont think.
