I still use 1st... Not sure what speed I get, but I still use it. My top speed with the 12/40 gearing as of right now is 102.2km/h or 63.5mph.

A torque stuffer has no effect on top end. It creates a stronger venturi as the exhaust leaves the exhaust port which speeds up the air flow at lower rpms, resulting in more low end power, yet isnt drastic enough to effect power at high rpms.

When dropping a tooth on front sprocket to 12 is there a need to re jet or change chain size?

No and no. You didnt touch the engine so you certainly didnt affect its airflow. Therefore no jetting is required. The slack in the chain you can take up with the tensioner.

My warrior produce plenty of torque. I am running engine mods with whites bros, and a 12t up front and 45t in the rear. This is great for my colorado mountian climbing. Heck i ran it up to 14,500 feet and was still pulling wheelies (jetted for 9,700 feet) My max speed is 40-45 mph. But that is enough for me, and i get really-really, quick starts
