Here's the perfect example of how close Sparks and Kenz are. Here's the "Average Joe" Sparks 690 with 39mm FCR's versus the "Average Joe" Kenz 727 with stock carbs.

Your welcome. I didn't know that was your bike, I would have introduced myself. My dad is actually running 35's right now. had a great time, you should run up to the cinders in flag sometime, where there are hills the legth of the sand road[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]j/k they are steep and long though

 

Raptorfam, was your dad still running 12/43 gearing and what did you end up using?

Dfitz - my dad started at 12/42 but he needed to be a little taller but we didn't have a 13 front, 40, or 41 rear so we ended up going 12/46!!! Screaming in 4th gear, most Sparks bikes were running 13/42-13/43.

ubetrun - I never did switch pipes, but I may end up going the sparks route anyway??? I think the kenz bike had a straight pipe, kind of looked like the MBRP drag pipe, but shortened, not sure though
