should i bore my banshee 2.25 over? or is that way too big? thanks for ur time!

 

Your cylinder wall would prolly be about as thin as paper, i wouldnt do it, too much risk.

 

Thanks man, can u help me out, i have a STOCK 97', and i want to build it to race, i need to start out small and go big! anything can help me out

 

What kind of race are you going to enter in? TT, XC, MX, etc etc, Tell me what kind of racing your gonna do and ill point out a few mods to throw on it. I also have a 97' shee, when i got it, all it had was Reeds, a K&N airfilter, and bandit front tires, now it rips.

 

Ok, im going to drag race it, all it has is renthal bars, scott grips, K&N fliter, and razrs all the way around, oh yea and a new stator box

 

should bore it 20 over, or 40 over. start there for when it blow's and you have to rebuild.
