Same here in Ohio, unfortunately, most of the larger riding areas are Federal, or state owned, therefore, you need a state sticker to ride these areas. No sticker, no ridey ridey. No taxes, no sticker. Get the picture?

I got mine at a dealer in PA called Alexs Powersports. 6893.98 out the door. I am last on a list of 4 I want a black and white one but the dealer does not know what order they will come in, and the 3 guys ahead of me are going to take what they can get. That means I get what ever is left over, but I am ok with that because the Blue is starting to grow on me!
Cant wait to put it through its paces, as far a magizine reviews are concerrened I dont put much weight on them I normally don't agree after I ride them anyway.

If you all are wondering about the price, look at what happened with the 400EX when it came out. Dealers had people lined up out the door with deposits. When you went in to negotiate, you felt like if you didn't pay their price, the next guy through the door would walk off with your bike. The reality was, people will easily put down $100, but when it came time to fork over $6000 a lot of them walked. I was 16th on a waiting list and was told I wouldn't see a bike for 3 months. The dealer called me 4 days later. Also, in '99 Honda dealer were getting $6500 OTD. Last Christmas, one dealer had them at $5200 OTD. Make sure you really want one NOW, because you might have to pay for it.

Couldn't agree more.... there is no "bargaining" on the price. I called all over the state, seeing prices ranging from $7200+ to $6500 otd. I had placed a deposit down on one (#5) at one dealer then luckily found another dealer that didn't have a list started
. and he was $150 cheaper than the previous one. I am paying $6605 otd. not to bad I don't think.
anyways I can't wait!
