Tors removal kit. Sold by vitos. Throttle Override System. Gives the bike a revlimiter incase of a stuck throttle. However dosent work properly and ususlly fails. Causing your bike to not rev when you hit the throttle. You can also remove the wires on the e brake and the box that controls the tors. For this you need an e brake block off.

When the ebrake is applyed the tors kicks in and dosent allow you to rev your bike up. When your ebrake isnt properly adjusted it gets a little loose. IF you have ever gotten on your bike and started it then hit the gas to go and it was running like crap and would not idle high, it is beacuse the e-brake needs adjusted and tors is kicking in. Then you have to wiggle the clutch and ebrake to get it to run right again. But to answer you question it has a wire that attaches to the ebrake. However you do not need to remove that wire. The reason you can remove it is because people hate the way it looks and you can remove some weight buy removeing the whole tors system and the e-brake. But no you dont have to. Also I dont believe you need to remove the wire from the top of your carb just the ones going into the tors box.
