Default How do you adjust the needle?

I have a 35mm carb on my shee and I think the needle may be a little rich. I have no idea how to adjust the needle. How do you do it? I am also guessing that moving it down will run leaner right?

Yes, moving the needle down (clip up) will lean out the mid range. You've got to start with the right jets for top end or your mid range adjustments won't be right if you then change main jets.

My main and pilot are right on, it just has some hesitation in the midrange, and putting the choke on makes it worse, so it has to be rich. The only problem is is that I'm not sure how to adjust it.
