The stock machine ran fine and even with the the GYT-R full pipe it was fine but then he purchased a K&N Filter and GYT-R jet kit. Installed it, the quad runs fine for ten minutes, and then the problem starts, for about ten minutes it runs strong... Then all of a sudden it bogs and then stalls, 30 minutes later it'll start like nothing ever happened. His jetting is right and he using 92 octane. Does anyone know whats wrong?? All input is appreciated!

Its broken....? You mean, tottaly new engine?

 

I would check the jetting again and make sure the carb is reinstalled corectly. it soinds like it isnt getting gas.make sure the vent hose on the gas tank isnt pinched off.
