I'm not going around recommending DMC's to everyone like they're the best. The only reason he knew is because he looked at my pics. Alba was my first pipe and I hated it. My buddy bought Alba a-arms and they were crap, bent one landing a 40 ft gap a little squirrelly on the right side. Alba is an accessory company. A good product would have held up on this jump. I bent my stock a-arm less on the same jump w/ the same landing. I do not have a good impression w/ Alba and that's why I talk about them the way I do. Personally, I would go w/ the Sparks, Duncan Fat Boy, or Yoshi. I also really like my DMC but to each his own. Buy what you want as long as it isn't Alba.

My Alba pipe is louder then my buddies LTE pipes. His LTE's look better since they are duals and everything, but as far as sound goes...not even close.

And your right...Alba is not in the top 10 in pipes...they are in the top 3.

Everyone has good and bad experiences with company's and their products, I have had nothing but success with Alba. Customer Service was great, and the pipe kit is awesome. Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean I can't reccomend them.

I can't get over the looks of the Alba set-up.....it looks like it came straight from the early 80's.

I will have to second or third the fact that Big Gnu slip-on blows. I have two friends that I regularly ride with that have white brothers e-series. Both there pipes generate more hp through top end and rev ALOT quicker. My Big Gun slip on is going in the garbage as soon as I find a replacement. I have also had a lot of problems trying to get the gytr jet kit and my own set-up to work for me.
