Sand Sport have got to be one of the best. They are a little shy of the 2.5" mark, but a very good quality product. No stud removal, they come with new studs they just bolt right up!

I think I am about to take the spacers off the front of my raptor because the handling is HORRIBLE, plus if ya do any major jumping, I hear that they will break. I ride down a lot of county roads and it is hard to keep it straight. Now the rear will be a little wider than the front but I dont care, I don't think it will make a difference(if someone has already done this, please let me know if having the rear wider than the front will make a big difference in anything)

Try DMI Racing. They have the same type of spacers as Sand Sports for about 2/3 the cost. I have their rears on my raptor and wouldn't trade them for anthing. I have done some pretty wild jumps without a problem. They also have excellent customer service.

Ive got a set of screw on 2.5in (per side so thats 5in wider than stock)extenders that I took off my raptor. I dont need them any more because I went to 10x10in wheels that are offset. I paid $55 plus shipping for them. I can let you have them for less.

DMI offers them as wide as you want. I got one inch spacers for the back to add two inches because my Elka's spread out the front. I know he makes the 2 1/2 inch spacers also. My width is now the same as the front 45 1/2 inches. The guy at DMI is out of Arizona I think, and is a super nice guy.

I run Sand Sports version. They are a little expensive, but the quality
is amazing. They are like a work of art the way they are designed. Very
sturdy and absolutely no problems. I chose them after reading a review
I saw around here somewhere by an ATV Mag website. Im sure someone
knows the address, I dont have it.

I definitely would chose these over any of the brands that I researched.
But I never heard of the above mentioned type. They could be just as good.
Good luck.
