I have an 03' kodiak, hear lately when i go to start it, it makes this funky electrical noise from the starter. It will start, but the noise hasn't gone away. anyone know how to fix this?

 

Its hard to dianose noises with out hearing them.
Does it only make the noise, while the starter button is pressed? If you let go of the button, does the noise stop? Is the noise coming from the starter, or the starter relay, under the seat?
