Dose anyone else have this problem?

This weekend at the races out of the gate I had problems getting into 4th a couple of times. It sucks when I am pulling a nice hole shot then they catch up to me fumbling trying to get into 4th.

I am running Yamalube 20/40 and change regularly I was thinking of going with a synthetic in hopes I might remove this problem.

Took my new YFZ450 out to the dunes today for the first and was having the same problems hitting 4 and 5 on the run. Finally started shifting a little slower to those gears and was hitting a little better.
