Yesterday there were 2 stock YFZs and 4 raptors modded and the YFZs spanked all the Raptors including mine in a short sprint race. I never even hit 3rd gear. I have video I will post later today or tomorrow.

 

Wasn't much of a race if you couldn't even hit 3rd gear. What was you doing, racing 10ft?

If you have a modded Raptor, you need to get into a 300-600ft drag, and that is where you will shine the most.

 

I have a 15 tooth sprocket which really killed me in the short run. My buddies stock sprocket didn't beat it either. I am guessing it was about 300-400 feet and his started to catch it. You will need more than 600ft to beat them. Race after race he won. I would like to see what happens after I hit 4th though [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img].

 

LOL.. I do 3rd gear starts with my YFZ on gravel with stock tires!

 

Get a brain, then a life, then maybe you can post. Both the YFZ and Craptor are Yamaha's....

And, refering to your signature, the new "Raptor Jr." is a 350, not a 3500....wow, some people are so ignorant its amazing
