Can my shee handle this?
#1
Im taking my girlfriend riding at sand lake for her first time (not on her own, she'll ride on the back of my bike). I have ridden 2-up before and i know that everything changes when theres extra weight. The handling suffers, and i have to watch out for bumps because my suspension will bottom more easily and so on. I will just take it easy and cruise around for the most part, but how will the shee handle hills 2-up? (im not going to try anything steep, just the really easy small hills.) Have any of you ever ridden 2 on a shee before? what was it like and did the bike have any problems pushing the extra weight? Thanks everyone.

Never ridden a banshee much but I take the ladies out for rides all the time. You be able to go about anywhere at Sandlake no problem with two. If you scare her a little, they always hold on a little tighter.

well im taking my girl out there sometime during spring break. i might go out there sooner with my dad, depending on if he gets any time to go. He's pretty excited about sand recently with his rap, so it could happen. he used to hate it on the magnum, lol. what a tank.

i assume if you dune often you have paddles. what do you have and how many paddles per tire? do you like em and do they seem about on par with the power? (dont bog you down too much)

I have 20x10x10 haulers with 8 paddles. They hook up great an work well with a stock of piped raptor/banshee. I'm looking to get some front sand tires because they point your straight and it hard to turn when I'm on the gas. If I had to do it all over again I would still get haulers, but maybe extremes with 9 paddles.
