Default Lashing Valves help?

I am getting ready to lash my valves on my Raptor tomorrow. I see there are different specs to adjust these to. Should I go for the higher or lower value? I thought about using the larger value the .15 and .20mm in case the valves were to keep tightening up but I am not sure if they will tighten anymore now that it has been broken in? What spec should i try for my valves? Will they tighten more now that its broken in or will they start to get more loose? This is the first time I have lashed my valves about 20-30 hours on my fourwheeler. I checked the intakes with a .152mm and all of them were too tight to fit that in between.

Normally anything within the two limits will be fine, but there is no harm in going with the larger gap. it's better to have them on the loose side than too tight.

I adjust mine right in the middle .005" and .007" inches.
